Cancellation & Rescheduling polices.

At Joyous Earth, we understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve put together a cancellation policy that helps us manage our schedule efficiently, and ensures we provide the best service to all our clients:

  • Cancellation window: Please notify us at least 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.
  • No-show policy: If you don’t show up for your appointment and haven’t contacted us to cancel, a fee of  50% of the service cost will be charged.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment 24 hours before the original appointment without any penalties. Any changes made within the 24-hour window may be subject to a fee.
  • Emergency exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen! If you need to cancel last minute due to an unforeseen event, please reach out and we’ll be happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
